This  year “Masseria sul mare” in collaboration with the restaurant “Casa Trimarchi”, has the pleasure to offer to its esteemed guests an enogastronomic itinerary based on the  closure of  the   production chain : from the raw materials produced in the farm to the dishes  made with the old family and the sicilian tradition recipes , all accompained by the family wines and a selection of the most exclusive sicilian wines personally  made by Giacomo Trimarchi.

“Casa Trimarchi”, open all the day, will be at your disposal  since the early morning with breakfast. During lunch it will be a pleasure to serve you  freshly cooked  dishes  or preparare you a take-away baggy light lunch. On sunset we wait for you with  agri-aperitives  and  appetizers of the House. Dinner  includes an  à la carte menu: a journey  to discover our culture as a  result of the dominations and culinary contaminations  one following to the other  in our amazing land.

During the reservation of your room you can choose a basic rate with breakfast or a half-board rate with dinners  at 3 courses  fixed menu ( starters, first or second course and dessert).  We remind you to inform us during reservation if you have particular food request (intolerances, allergies, vegetarian…).
